If you notice an error on an order that you have just placed, please inform us within 3 business hours through email on greenstark.consumers@gmail.com. In case you have identified a spelling mistake in personalization after submitting the order, there is a slim possibility that the item has not been immediately sent for printing.
It's important to note that we are unable to make any changes to orders already placed. However, we can cancel the order for you (provided it is still in production) so that you can place the order again.
Please bear in mind that cancelling or editing your order may result in a delay. Kindly include your order number when contacting us. Please note that our print runs are automated and regular, so we may not always be able to stop an order from going into production.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, we can make changes to this before it ships.
We encourage customers to review all details of their order thoroughly before placing it. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes made by customers during the printing and production of their personalized items.
Before an item ships out from our printers or warehouse locations, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute modifications or cancellations.
For personalized items ordered through our website, we print them on demand. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products that have been received as ordered, without any significant defects.
